摘要
以某厂99%铼酸铵产品为原料,研究通过直接重结晶法和离子交换法制备纯度>99.99%的高纯铼酸铵工艺,初步确定了通过直接重结晶法可获得4N高铼酸铵,但对原料要求严格,同时母液无法循环适用。通过离子交换法也可获得高铼酸铵,且母液可以多次循环,故最终选择了离子交换工艺制备高铼酸铵,此种产品可以作为后期制备金属铼的高纯原料。
Taking 99% ammonium perrhenate as raw material, researching the process of purity〉 99.99% high purity ammonium by direct recrystallization and ion exchange preparation technology, initial identified that 4N ammonium perrhenate can can be obtained by direct recrystallization method. But high demands for the raw materials, while liquor circulation can not apply. The ammonium perrhenate also can be obtained by ion exchange, and the mother liquor can be recycled many times, so the final choice of the ion exchange process for preparing ammonium perrhenate, such products can be used as raw material of high purity metal rhenium prepared for the future.
