摘要
从高职院校目前存在的挑战与内在需求角度出发,确立面向人人的理念对于高职教育未来发展具有重大意义。而确保面向人人理念的实现,高职院校需要在重新厘清办学定位,树立现代职业教育教学理念,建立中高职的系统衔接,创新产教融合新机制,构建内部治理体系等方面进行积极探索。
From the angle of challenge and inner demand of higher vocational colleges confronting, the essay suggests that higher vocational colleges should reframe school-running orientation, establish new concept of modern vocational education, realize systematical cohesion between middle and higher vocational education from the connotation, innovate institutional mechanism for production-learning integration, and build internal governance structure, so as to realize the people-oriented idea.
