摘要
目的:探讨穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良的选穴规律。方法:电子检索1991年1月至2015年6月收录于万方、维普、CNKI数据库和Pub Med数据库的穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良的临床文献,分析总结穴位埋线对其治疗时的选穴规律。结果:纳入21篇文献中,采用辨病结合辨证选穴的文献有4篇占19.05%(4/21),采用辨病选穴的文献有14篇占66.67%(14/21),采用辨证选穴的文献有3篇占14.29%(3/21)。出现频次较高的穴位分别为足三里(21/21,100%)、中脘(19/21,90.48%)、胃俞(14/21,66.67%)、脾俞(12/21,57.14%)、肝俞(9/21,42.86%)、天枢(8/21,38.10%)、太冲(7/21,33.33%)、内关(5/21,23.81%),使用腧穴最广泛、频次最多的经脉有膀胱经、胃经、任脉。结论:穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良以辨病选穴最为常见,常用穴位为足三里、中脘、胃俞、脾俞,常用经脉多集中在膀胱经、胃经和任脉。
Objective： To explore the acupoint selection rule of catgut implantation for functional dyspepsia. Methods：We searched the literatures related to functional dyspepsia treated by catgut implantation in CNKI,VIP,CBM and PUBMED（1991 - 2015）,summarized the acupoint selection rule in functional dyspepsia by catgut implantation. Results： In the collected 21 articles,the percentage of acupuncture points selection method by differentiation of disease combined with syndrome differentiation was 19. 05%（4/21）,differentiation of disease was 66. 67%（14/21）,syndrome differentiation was 14. 29%（3/21）; The main acupuncture points chosed in the 61 articles in the frequency order were Zusanli（ST-21/21,100%）,Zhongwan（RN-19/21,90. 48）,Weishu（BL-14/21,66. 67%）,Pishu（BL-12/21,57. 14%）,Ganshu（BL-9/21,42. 86%）,Tianshu（ST-8/21,38. 10%）,Taichong（LR-7/21,33. 33%） and Neiguan（PC-5/21,23. 81%）. The meridians used most widely and frequently were the Bladder,Stomach,and Ren meridian. Conclusion： In treating functional dyspepsia by catgut implantation,acupuncture points selection by differentiation of disease were the common method. The frequently-used acupuncture points applied in functional dyspepsia were Zusanli（ST-36）,Zhongwan（RN-12）,Weishu（BL-21）,Pishu（BL-20）. Catgut implantation for treatment of functional dyspepsia with selection of acupoints mostly concentrates in the Bladder,Stomach,and Ren meridian.
