摘要
我国经济发展进入新常态背景下,在实践层面加强对制造业转型升级问题研究,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文从分析财政金融协调配合、推动企业壮大发展的成功经验出发,侧重从中观和微观层面着眼,探寻财政金融在制造业转型升级中所发挥的基本作用以及如何有效配合,并在总结经验、分析问题、探索规律的基础上,提出相关对策建议。
Under the background of China＇s economy getting into the new normal, strengthening the research of the manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on the analysis of the successful experience of fiscal and financial coordination to promote the development of enterprises, this article explores the functions of fiscal policy and monetary policy in the manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading and how to cooperate effectively, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
