摘要
介绍了金湾电厂超临界机组汽动给水泵替代电动给水泵全程调节技术的实践过程。针对机组频繁调停及电动给水泵耗电高的不利现状,提出了汽动给水泵替代电动给水泵实现机组启动的措施。优化操作后机组启停时外购厂用电明显降低,启动速度加快,给水泵并泵操作得到简化,电动给水泵维护费用减少,取得了良好的经济效益,为超临界机组汽动给水泵替代电动给水泵全程调节积累了经验。
An introduction is presented to the full-process regulation practice using steam pump instead of electric pump in the supercritical unit of Jinwan Power Plant. In view of the disadvantages of frequent mediation and high power consumption of electric feed pump, the way to use steam feed pump instead of electric feed pump during unit starting was proposed. After application of the method previously proposed, the outsourcing electricity is significantly reduced during start-up and shut-down of the unit, while the start- up speed is accelerated, the feed pump combining operation is simplified, the maintenance cost of electric feed pump is reduced, with good economic benefits obtained, which may serve as a reference for full- process regulation using steam feed pump instead of electric feed pump in supercritical units.
