摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,DCS控制系统的应用也越来越得到广泛应用,其中离子膜烧碱的DCS应用就是一个很好的例子。文章简单介绍近几年关于DCS烧碱项目中的控制方案与操作维护问题,包括离子膜烧碱的工艺、DCS的系统构成以及日常维护和故障检修等问题。
With the rapid development of science and technology, DCS control system is widely used. In this paper, the control scheme and operation of DCS control system used in caustic soda projects were introduced, including the process of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda, DCS system structure and the daily maintenance and trouble shooting.
