气固两相流外掠H型翅片管磨损特性数值模拟 被引量:5

Numerical Simulation of Erosion Characteristics on Gas-solid Flow Across H-type Finned Tube

摘要 H型翅片管具有良好的传热性能、防磨特性和防积灰性能,在省煤器设计中得到了广泛的应用,其磨损特性的研究对于省煤器的安全高效运行意义重大。为此,本文采用DPM离散相模型,结合磨损模型,对气固两相流绕流H型翅片管进行了三维数值模拟,获得了管壁磨损特性。同时,研究了翅片节距、开缝宽度、翅片厚度等结构因素对H型翅片管管壁磨损特性的影响规律。发现主管壁面平均磨损率随开缝宽度的增大先减小后增大,随翅片节距的增大而增大,随翅片厚度先增大后减小。本文为省煤器内H型翅片管的设计提供了理论参考。 The H-type finned tube has good performances of heat transfer,anti-abrasion and dust self-cleaning.As a result,it is widely used in boiler economizer.The research on its erosion characteristics has great significance for the safe and efficient operation of boiler economizer.Therefore,the 3D simulations of gas-solid flow across H-type finned tube with the DPM model combined with erosion model were carried out.The erosion characteristics of pipe wall were obtained.And the influences of fin pitch,slit width and fin thickness on flow and erosion characteristics were simulated numerically.Within the range of structure parameters,the average erosion rate of pipe wall increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of slit width,but decreased firstly and increased with the increase of fin thickness,and a longer fin pitch yielded a greater erosion rate.Present paper provided the design reference for boiler economizer with H-type tubes.
