凹凸棒石-钢渣复合滤料用于农村分散式生活污水脱氮除磷 被引量:5

Attapulgite-steel slag composit filter media for ammonium-nitrogen and phosphorus removal in decentralized rural decentralized domestic wastewater treatment

摘要 针对分散式农村生活污水,开展了凹凸棒石-钢渣复合滤料脱氮除磷的室内研究,采用批式实验确认了最佳复配比例,探讨了环境因素(反应时间、初始pH值、水温和阴离子表面活性剂(AS))的影响,并采用滤柱实验分析了复合滤料的长期运行效果。结果表明,凹凸棒石:钢渣比宜采用6∶1(质量比)。反应时间显著影响复合滤料的脱氮除磷效果,且反应时间可采用2 h。初始pH值显著影响脱氮除磷效果,中性条件有利于脱氮,而碱性条件有利于除磷。水温明显影响脱氮效果,但较小影响除磷效果。AS基本未影响脱氮效果,但显著影响除磷效果。滤柱的NH_4^+-N和P去除率分别达90.5%~94.2%和61.3%~64.2%。凹凸棒石-钢渣复配滤料具有连续稳定地脱氮除磷能力,且最佳HRT宜采用1.25 h。 Based on decentralized rural domestic wastewater,laboratory studies were conducted on an attapulgite-steel slag composite media for removal of ammonium-nitrogen( NH+4-N) and phosphorus( P). Batch tests were performed to identify the raw material weight ratio and explore the effects of environmental factors,including reaction time,initial pH,water temperature,and anionic surfactant( AS). Infiltration column experiments were performed to analyze the long-term operational performance of the composite material. Results indicated that the acceptable attapulgite: steel slag ratio was 6 ∶ 1. Reaction time drastically affected NH_4~+-N and P removal by the composite material,and its optimal value was 2 h. Initial pH significantly influenced NH_4~+-N and P removal,with neutral pH conditions favorable for NH_4~+-N removal and alkaline pH conditions favorable for P removal. Water temperature substantially affected NH_4~+-N removal and minimally affected P removal. AS barely influenced NH_4~+-N removal,but remarkably affected P removal. The ranges of NH_4~+-N and P removal efficiencies of the infiltration column were 90. 5% to 94. 2% and 61. 3% to 64. 2%,respectively. The attapulgite-steel slag composite material was able to continuously and steadily deplete NH_4~+-N and P,and its optimal hydraulic retention time was 1. 25 h.
