摘要
介绍了不同煤种及其配合煤的干馏实验和焦油组分的检测方法,对不同煤化度煤热解后焦油的组分进行了分析,结果表明:随着煤变质程度的升高,焦油中烷烃和烯烃类物质的相对含量逐渐减少,苯及其衍生物、多环芳烃类物质的含量逐渐增加,煤焦油中检测到的芳香族化合物以1~3环为主;配合煤在干馏过程中,多数单种煤可保持原有的干馏特性,有很少一部分煤分子结构发生了交联反应。
The pyrolysis experiments of different types of coal and its blended coal and the test methods of tar compositions were introduced. The analysis of tar compositions derived from pyrolysis at different degrees of coalification was done. The results showed that, along with the higher degree of coal metamorphism, the relative content of alkenes and olefins in tar was reduced, but the content of benzene, its derivatives and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon was increased. Aromatic compounds detected in coal tar were mainly with 1-3 rings. In the process of carbonization of blended coal, most single coal type could keep original carbonization properties, whereas cross linking reaction happened to a small amount of structure.
