摘要
为了对输汽管道的保温效果和散热损失效率进行评价,分别以表面温度法和热流计法建立了热采输汽管线的热损失计算模型,根据相应标准给出输汽管线能量利用的评价结果。根据分析评价结果分别以最佳经济厚度法和最大允许热损失厚度法进行了保温层的厚度优化设计。将热损失评价和保温层厚度设计编制成一可读性强、界面友好、易于操作的集成软件。
In order to evaluate the insulation effect and heat loss efficiency of the gas pipe- line, heat loss calculation models of gas pipeline are established according to Surface Temperature Method and Heat flow Meter Method respectively. Evaluation results of the energy usage of the gas pipeline are given in accordance with the appropriate standards. The thickness of the insulation lay- er is designed using the best economic thickness method and maximum heat loss method based on the analysis of the evaluation results. The evaluation of heat loss and the optimized design of the in- sulation thickness are compiled into a readable, user - friendly, easy - to - integrate software.
