摘要
面对日益增长的轨道交通服务群体的新需求,结合轨道交通的发展现状,分析我国"互联网+"背景下轨道交通综合服务所面临的挑战;总结"互联网+"背景下轨道交通特征为"全面感知、泛在互联、深度挖掘、多样服务",提出"互联网+"对轨道交通综合服务的引领升级体现在轨道交通信息采集、挖掘、服务、信息反馈全流程上,是一种闭环融合,构建的"互联网+"背景下轨道交通综合服务框架解释了这种全流程融合的过程;最后,阐述"互联网+"背景下轨道交通服务于行业监管、服务于运营企业、服务于乘客的具体内涵。
In the light of the newand growing demands on rail transit services and the development status of rail transit,this paper analyzes the challenges facing the integrated services of rail transit in the background of the implementation of the ＂Internet Plus ＂ strategy. The characteristics of integrated rail transit services under the ＂ Internet Plus ＂ strategy can be summarized as ＂ full perception,ubiquitous connectivity,digging into the depth,and diverse services＂. The role of ＂ Internet Plus＂ in leading and upgrading integrated rail transit services is reflected in the whole process of information collection,mining,service and information feedback of the rail transit,which is a closed loop fusion and construction process. The framework of integrated rail transit services under ＂ Internet Plus ＂ strategy explains the integration of the whole process. Finally,the connotation of integrated rail transit services under the ＂ Internet Plus＂ plan is elaborated in terms of industry regulation,and offering services to operating firms and passengers.
