摘要
目的观察参紫宁心汤治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效及安全性。方法选择符合条件的患者共116例,随机分为2组,观察治疗前后2组患者主症、中医证侯积分、24 h心电图、心电图改变及用药前后血、尿、便常规、肝肾功能。结果 24h动态心电图总有效率治疗组为74.51%,对照组64%,经统计学分析,组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组中医证侯疗效总有效率为88.24%,对照组为78.00%,组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组在改善心烦、胸闷症状方面优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),心电图ST段、T波改善方面,2组之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。未发现其它毒副作用。结论参紫宁心汤具有益气养阴,活血宁心功效,治疗"气阴两虚,心脉瘀阻,心神失养"所致的冠心病室性早搏安全有效。
Objective Observation Shenzi Ningxin decoction in treating ventricular extra systole of coronary heart disease efficacy and safety. Methods Eligible total 116 cases of chest pain were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of patients before and after treatment,TCM points,24-hour ambulatory ECG,ECG changes and medication before and after blood and urine,general,hepatic and renal function. Results The 24-hour ambulatory ECG the total effective rate in the treatment group was 74. 51%,total effective rate of 64% in the control group,no significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. TCM therapeutic effect of total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.24%,total effective rate of 78% in the control group,no significant difference between the two groups,（ P 0. 05）.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,in the treatment group improved upset,chest congestion symptoms than the control group,the difference was significant（ P 0. 05）. Electrocardiographic ST segment and t wave improvements,no significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）,and no other side effects were found. Conclusion Shenzi Ningxin group has the acting of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation Ningxin. It is safe and effective to treatment ＂qi and yin deficiency,heart arteries blocking,mind along with＂caused by CHD of ventricular premature beats.
