基于子模型法的高拱坝导流底孔预应力闸墩三维有限元分析 被引量:4

3D Finite Element Analysis of Diversion Bottom Outlet Prestressed Pier of High Arch Dam Based on Submodel Method

摘要 高拱坝导流底孔预应力闸墩受力比较复杂且直接影响到坝体在施工和运行中的安全,对它进行三维(3D)有限元分析很有必要.本文以某高拱坝的6号导流底孔为研究对象,采用子模型法对其进行了全面地三维有限元分析,得到了其在3个典型工况下预应力闸墩主要部位的应力分布规律.计算结果表明:子模型法是分析孔口应力的有效途径;U型锚固体系改善应力状态具有较大的优势;预应力锚索的效果是显著的;在设计预应力锚索吨位时,应重点考虑施工期高水位时的情况;闸墩与坝体的结合处存在应力集中,可采取相应的加固措施.全部成果可为闸墩的设计提供参考和借鉴. The diversion bottom outlet prestressed pier of high arch dam has a complicated stress situation and directly affects the safety of dam during the construction and operation period; so it is necessary to analyze its situation using the three-dimensional(3D) finite elements. Taking the diversion bottom outlet 6 of a high arch dam as the research object, this paper applies submodel method to realize 3D finite element analysis compre- hensively; and then the stress distributions of the main parts of the prestressed pier in three typical working conditions are obtained. The results show that. the submodel method is an effective way for analyzing orifice stress; the U-shaped anchorage system has great advantage in improving the stress state; the effect of the prestressed anchorage cable is significant; in the design of the prestressed anchor cable tonnage, the high wa- ter level during the construction period should be well considered. There is stress concentration in the combi- nation of the pier and the dam; and the corresponding reinforcement measures should be taken. All the results can be for reference in the design of gate piers.
