摘要
为了建立现代露天煤矿建设的基本目标,提出了包含6项均衡指标的露天煤矿综合评价体系,该评价指标体系由5项一级指标、19项二级指标和44项三级指标构成。采用模糊评价方法作为露天煤矿综合评价体系的数学方法,确定了露天煤矿评价指标的分级区间,结合梯形分布的隶属度函数和模糊算子获得综合模糊评价集,根据最大隶属度原则确定露天煤矿的评价等级。对黑岱沟露天煤矿的分析结果表明:该矿生产、安全、环保、经济、管理均达到一级水平,矿山综合实力为一级,但生产指标和经济指标第1区间和第2区间的综合评价集差异性较小,仍有较大发展提升空间。
According to the basic construction goal for modern surface coal mines, the comprehensive index model of surface coal mine containing six balanced indexes was proposed. The evaluation index system is composed of five first-class indexes, nineteen second-class indexes and forty-four third-indexes. The classification intervals were given using the fuzzy evaluation method as the mathematical method for comprehensive evaluation for surface coal mine. The final comprehensive fuzzy evaluation set can be ac- quired by adopting subordinating degree function with trapezoidal distribution and fuzzy operator, and the estimation rank can be determined based on the maximum membership principle. After the analysis of Heidaigou surface coal mine, the result shows that it has researched the first class in the field of production, safety, environmental protection, economy and management, as well as general condition. However, the value otherness of production and there is still a great enhancing space. economy indexes in first and second rank is relatively small.
