摘要
目的:探讨全程优质护理在消化性溃疡伴胃癌患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将63例消化性溃疡伴胃癌患者随机分为对照组29例和观察组34例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后自我效能量表(DSES)中饮食、运动、监测、急症处理及总分均高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组胃功能检测比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程优质护理可提高消化性溃疡伴胃癌患者的护理满意度和自我效能,改善负性情绪,提高胃功能。
Objective：To explore the application method and effects of whole course high quality nursing in patients with peptic ulcer and gastric cancer .Methods：A total of 63 cases of peptic ulcer patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the control group with 29 cases and the observation group with 34 cases.The control group received routine nursing care ,while the observation group was giv-en full quality care .The nursing effects in two groups were compared .Results：The nursing satisfaction of the observation group is signifi-cantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）;the observation group′s intervention self-efficacy scale （DSES） in the diet,exercise, monitoring,emergency treatment and total scores were higher than those before the intervention and those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group′s intervention,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） scores were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Two groups′gastric function detection difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Whole course quality nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction and self -efficacy of patients with peptic ulcer and gastric cancer pa-tients,improve the negative mood and improve the function of the stomach .
