摘要
产学研合作教育,是新建本科院校有效地整合社会资源、提升应用型人才培养质量、建设应用型师资队伍、形成服务地方办学特色的重要选择和强力支撑。文章以新建本科院校为视角,以产学研合作教育项目为基点,研究以目标为引领、以激励为手段、以成果为导向的项目化驱动机制,包括合作、管理、运行、评价、奖励等制度体系,以期对新建本科院校突破产学研合作教育难点提供参考。
At present, the industry-university-research cooperative education mechanism is an important choice for newly-established undergraduate colleges. It provides strong supports to effectively integrate social resources, improve the training quality of application-oriented personnel, develop application- oriented teachers and build characteristic colleges and universities serving the local development. From the perspective of newly-established undergraduate colleges and based on cooperation projects, this paper analyzed the project driven mechanism of industry -university -research industry -university -research cooperative education, including cooperation mechanism, management mechanism, operation mechanism, evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism. Research on the objective-guided, incentive-driven and results--oriented project driven mechanism would provide reference for the newly-established undergraduate colleges to activate the majority of teachers to fully participate in the development of such cooperation education projects and to make breakthrough in addressing project difficulties.
