摘要
某选厂采用硫酸活化脱硫,存在硫酸用量大、成本高、腐蚀设备的问题。为解决该问题,进行试验探索碳酸氢铵取代硫酸进活化脱硫的效果。在生产现场取出选锌尾矿作为试验样,进行碳酸氢铵活化脱硫试验,分别进行碳酸氢铵用量条件试验、丁黄药用量条件试验,在此基础上进行开路试验和闭路试验。最终闭路试验获得良好试验指标:硫精矿铁和硫的品位分别达到31.95%和18.04%,铁和硫的回收率分别达到38.28%和74.12%;尾矿铁和硫的品位分别达到23.00%和2.81%。采用碳酸氢铵作为活化剂进行脱硫的效果优于现场采用硫酸活化脱硫的效果,且碳酸氢铵用量小、腐蚀性低,故从现场生产环境和成本方面考虑,建议选厂采用碳酸氢铵作为活化剂进行脱硫。
Sulfuric acid activated desuffurlzation is applied in one dressing plant, which generates the following problems, such as large consumption of sulfuric acid, high cost and equipment corrosion. In order to resolve these above mentioned problems, the experi-mental exploration is carried out that using ammonium bicarbonate to instead of sulfuric acid to do the activated desulfurization. In the pro-duction site, the zinc processing railings is taken out as the experimental sample to do the ammonium bicarbonate activated desuffurization test, the ammonium bicarbonate dosage condition test and the butyl xanthate dosage condition test are carried out separately, and on this basis, the open - circuit test and the closed circuit test are carried out too. Finally, the closed circuit test got the good test index: the grade of iron and sulfur in suffur concentrate is reach to 31.95% and 18.04% separately, the recovery rate of iron and sulfur is reach to 38.28% and 74. 12% separately; the grade of iron and sulfur in tailings is reach to 23.00% and 2. 81% separately. When using ammonium bicarbonate as the activator, the desulfuration effect is better than using sulfuric acid as the activator, and the consumption and the corrosivity of ammoni- um bicarbonate is small, so consideration of the production environment and the cost, ammonium bicarbonate is recommended as the activator for desulfuration.
