摘要
目的 :研制一种能同时满足平时及野外抢险救灾、战争大批量伤病员手术使用的便携式吸引器。方法 :该装置由交直流转换电路、交直流切换开关、脚控开关、电池充电电路、升压电路、干电池、直流负压泵、机械负压产生电路、负压表、负压调节阀、电池电量显示器、电池电压过低报警装置、故障报警处理装置、储液罐组成。通过变压、整流、滤波、稳压实现交直流切换,通过电磁阀吸合和断开转换电能、机械能产生负压。结果:该装置能通过干电池连续工作6 h,在电源中断时可采用机械能控制,能保障大批量伤病员抢救的顺利进行。结论:该吸引器体积小、质量轻,携带方便、操作简单,能为平时手术间之间挪动使用及野战环境中的手术提供很好的负压保障。
Objective To develop a portable aspirator used for massive casualties operation during field disaster relief at peacetime and wartime.Methods The aspirator involved in AC-DC conversion circuit, AC-DC switch, foot switch, battery charging circuit, booster circuit, dry battery, DC negative-pressure pump, mechanical negative-pressure generation circuit, negative pressure gauge, negative-pressure control valve, battery capacity indicator, battery low voltage alarm device, reservoir and etc. AC-DC conversion was realized by transformation, rectification, filtering and voltage stabilizing, and negative pressure was generated from electric energy and mechanical energy by closing and opening the electromagnetic valve. Results Dry battery could support 6-h operation of the aspirator, and the aspirator was controlled by mechanical energy in case of power failure to facilitate the treatment of massive casualties. Conclusion The aspirator behaves well in volume, weight, portability and easy operation, and provides negative pressure during the operation in case of patient transport between operation rooms or in field conditions.
