摘要
目的探讨联合应用多种健康教育形式对于提高银屑病患者外用药治疗依从性的效果。方法选取83例银屑病患者,采用多种形式对患者进行健康教育,主要包括:建立"银屑家园"公众号、搭建银屑病网络咨询服务平台,成立"银屑病俱乐部"、组织患者交流会,实施以护士为主导的电话随访,开设银屑病专病咨询门诊。比较患者干预前及干预1个月后、3个月后外用药治疗依从性。结果干预后患者外用药治疗依从性优于干预前(F=13.482,P<0.01)。结论联合应用多种健康教育形式能有效提高银屑病患者外用药治疗依从性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of diversified health education mode on the compliance of external use of medication in patients with psoriasis. Methods The diversified health education mode was applied among83 patients with psoriasis. The measures included establishing a public Wetchat platform,founding a psoriasis club,organizing patient meetings,providing nurse-led telephone follow-up service and opening the special outpatient service.Patients＇ medication compliance was compared at baseline,one month and three months after intervention. Results After intervention,patients＇ medication compliance was better than baseline（F=13.482,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Diversified healthy education mode can effectively enhance patients＇ medication compliance.
