生乳及巴氏杀菌乳中糠氨酸质量浓度的测定 被引量:10

Determination of furosine in raw milk and pasteurized milk

摘要 采用农业部标准NY/T 939—2016中的方法对巴氏杀菌乳中的糠氨酸进行检测并对标准中巴氏杀菌乳判定标准的限量进行加标回收。将巴氏杀菌乳中的糠氨酸检测结果与之前NY/T 939—2005的检测结果进行比较,新方法富集的糠氨酸质量浓度明显提高,且该方法测定糠氨酸的结果重复性良好,RSD〈5.3%,加标回收率为93%-104%,定量检测FK(S/N=10) 3 mg/100g蛋白。 The furosine content in pasteurized milk was detected, using the method which was in the agricultural ministry standard NY/T939-2016. To Limitation of judged standard of pasteurized milk in standard, recovery experiments were carried out. Compared test results offurosine with using NY/T 939-2005 before, the enriched furosine content increased significantly. Repeatability of new method was good,R.SD 〈5.3%, and the recovery rate was 93%-104%. Limit of quantitation (S/N-= 10) was 3 mg/100g protein.
