摘要
在常温常压下,采用加入溶剂和沉淀剂法提纯双酚A型聚碳酸酯(BAPC)预聚体,在常压氮气氛围下使提纯后的预聚体发生固相缩聚合成BAPC。研究了固相聚合的工艺条件,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和乌氏黏度计对BAPC的熔融温度和粘均相对分子量进行了表征。结果表明,提纯后的BAPC预聚体有明显的熔融温度,容易进行固相聚合。常压固相聚合后BAPC的分子量增大,熔融温度升高,热稳定性增强。当聚合温度升高时,有利于聚合反应。
The polycarbonate prepolymer was purified by dissolved in the solvent and then precipitated in the precip- itant at normal pressure and temperature,then bisphenol-A polycarbonate was synthesized from the prepolymer purified by solid state polycondensation at normal pressure in N2. The polymer was analyzed using some simple methods. Melting tem- perature was determined by DSC,viscosity-average molocular weight of the polymer was determined by ubbelohde viscome- ter. The results showed that the melting temperature of prepolymer purified was clear, the prepolymer was easily synthe- sized. The viscosity-average relative molecular mass of polycarbonate and melting temperature of polycarbonate increased after solid state polycondensation at normal pressure, while its thermal stability was enhanced. The polymerization tempera- ture increased,which was beneficial to the polymerization reaction.
