基于相反转乳化法相变材料纳米胶囊的研究

摘要 以山梨糖醇酐油酸酯(司盘80)与失水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(吐温80)为复配乳化剂,十二烷基硫醇(DDM)为链转移剂,采用相反转法和自由基聚合法制备了以正十八烷为芯材,交联聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材的相变材料纳米胶囊(Nano-PCMs)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(TG)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)等对纳米胶囊的表面形态、结晶行为及热稳定性等性能进行了表征。结果表明,部分壁材单体的预聚有利于胶囊的形成,热稳定性良好,制得的纳米胶囊粒径比较均一,表面致密,尺寸在150~300nm之间,当预聚时间为20min,芯壁比为9∶10时胶囊的包覆率最高达33.6%。 Nanoencapsulated phase change materials containing n-octadecane were synthesized with polymethyl methacrylate as sheIi,Sorbitan oleate (Span80) and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate (Tween80) as emulsifiers,dode- cyl mereaptan (DDM) as chain transfer agent using a phase inversion emulsification method and free radical polymerization. Furthermore,the surface morphologies, crystallization properties and thermal stabilities of nanoencapsulated phase change materials (Nano-PCMs) were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) ,thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), respectively. The results showed that the adding part of prepolymer in monomer were favorable for the formation of nanocapsules. And the particle size distribution of nanocapsules was uniform and had about 150~300nm in the average diameter. Also, nanocapsules have smooth surface and good heat stability. When the reaction time of preparing prepolymer was 20min and the core-shell ratio was 9 : 10, there was the highest encapsulation (about 33.6 % ).
