摘要
科技型小微企业在很大程度上需要依赖外部金融服务体系的支撑。杭州市已构建了包括政府促进体系、风险投资市场、科技信贷市场、科技资本市场、科技担保市场和科技保险市场的科技型小微企业多维金融服务体系,但该体系在实践中仍然存在着诸如信用担保体系不完善、商业银行科技贷款风险收益不匹配、科技资本市场、保险市场发展滞后等问题,需要政府推进与市场化相结合进行进一步完善,以实现从多个维度为科技型小微企业的发展提供有力的金融支持。
In the process of technology innovation, the SCI-TECH small and micro businesses largely depend on the supports of external financial service system. There has established multidimensional financial service system in Hangzhou including the government promotes system, VC market, SCI-TECH credit, capital, guarantee and insurance market. But there are many problems such as defective credit guarantee system, unmatched risks and yield in SCI-TECH loans, lagging SCI-TECH capital and insurance market, and so on. So it＇s indispensable to improve the financial service system to support the SCI--TECH small and micro businesses based on the combination of government promotes and marketization.
