摘要
生物降解法处理含聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)采油污水具有高效、成本低、环保等优点。本文采用富集培养和平板分离的方法,并结合初筛和复筛实验,以聚丙烯酰胺降解率为指标从采油废水中分离出了具有聚丙烯酰胺降解能力的三株菌株分别编号为4号、8号、11号。
The advantage of biodegradable processes used for treatment of polyaerylamide (PAM) contained in oil production sewage is high efficiency, low cost, and environmental protection. In this paper, using enrichment culture and the separation of the plate and, combined with first and second screen experiment,to polyacrylamide degradation rate of oil production from wastewater indicators were isolated with the ability of polyacrylamide degradation of the three bacteria, No. 4, 8, and 11 respectively.
