摘要
通过对掘进工作面前方采动应力及瓦斯流动规律的分析并结合朱家店煤矿生产实际,提出了双巷交叉高效掘进技术。通过对朱家店煤矿0403材料巷掘进工作面前方预抽钻孔瓦斯浓度周期变化规律及范围的准确测定,最终根据日进尺综合确定双巷交叉掘进的合理周期为4 d,极大地提高了高瓦斯薄煤层炮掘工作面安全环境及掘进效率。
Based on analysis on the laws of mining-induced stress and gas flow before driving working face and production practice of Zhujiadian Mine,proposing double-lane-crossing high-efficiency driving techniques.Eventually,daily footage,associated with gas concentrate periodic changing law and accurate measurement of scopes for pre-drainage boreholes in front of the tailgate of 0403 drilling face,determined that 4 days is the reasonable period of double-lane-crossing drilling,which significantly improve safety environment of blasting working face at high-gas thin coal seam and driving efficiency.
