摘要
针对岩滩水电站6号机事故分段关闭装置投运后存在的动作异常问题,主要从机械液压部分对设备缺陷进行分析,提出了改造事故操作油管设计、调整节流孔口尺寸、优化设备控制管路配置等主要处理措施。处理后的事故分段关闭装置通过了现场试验和运行的验证,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。
This paper discusses the abnormal operation of the emergency sectional closing device of 6# unit in Yantan hydropower station, studies the defect of the mechanical hydraulic part of the device, and proposes some countermeasures, including redesign of emergency oil-supply line, adjustment of flow-control hole＇s size, and optimal arrangement of equipment control pipeline. The said device passes field test and operating test after treatment and helps ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
