摘要
为研究河南嵩县南部脉型钼矿的矿床成因、为下一步找矿勘查积累数据,对脉型钼矿床中的辉钼矿开展了工艺矿物学方面的系统研究。结果表明,脉型辉钼矿矿石主要呈鳞片状结构、聚粒状结构、包含结构,细脉状(或带状)及细粒浸染状(或烟状)构造;其主要化学成分为Si O2、Al2O3、TFe、S、C,其次为Ca、Ba、Ti O2等;辉钼矿主要为2H+3R型,结晶度较低,颗粒较细小,多呈鳞片状或粉末状,钼矿物的平均氧化率高达24.46%;辉钼矿嵌布状态以粒间和包裹为主,占84.14%;粒径小于0.043mm者占67.67%,其中小于0.01mm者占38.82%;辉钼矿矿石的浮选选矿效果总体较低,当前可获的最高钼精矿品位为18.2%、回收率为50.34%,矿石不宜浮选。
In order to study the origin of vein-type molybdenum deposits in southern Songxian County,Henan Province, and for the accumulation of data to future exploration,The systematic study on the process mineralogy of molybdenite in vein-type ores was given.Results show that vein type ores have flaky,granular,poikilitic textures,with the fine vein(or banded)and fine grained disseminated(or smoky)structure.Ores are mainly composed of SiO2,Al2O3,Fe,S,C,with mi-nor Ca,Ba,and TiO2.Molybdenite,mainly flaky or powder-like,belongs 2H+3R type,with low crystallinity and fine particles.Molybdenum minerals have oxidation rate as high as 24.46%in average.The distribution of molybdenite is main-ly intergranular and,poikilitic,accounted for 84.1 4%.67.67%particle size is smaller than 0.043mm,and 38.82%par-ticles have sizes less than 0.01mm.The flotation beneficiation results of molybdenite ores are generally low.Highest grade of molybdenum concentrate is 1 8.2%at current stage,with recovery rate of 50.34%.Thus,molybdenum ores is not suit-able for flotation beneficiation.
