摘要
研究生综合质量评价是转变研究生教育质量观、建立可操作性评价体系、促进研究生培养机制改革等的现实要求。坚持以问题为导向,在文献查阅、问卷调查和专家访谈的基础上,构建思想道德素质、专业素质、身心健康素质、人文素质、能力素质等五维结构的在校研究生综合质量评价体系。基于教育管理人员、导师、辅导员和班级同学等四重视角,采取模糊综合评价法,并通过具体案例对在校研究生综合质量评价进行应用探讨。
The comprehensive quality evaluation of graduate students is a practical requirement to change the quality view of graduate students’ education,establish the operational evaluation system and promote the reform of graduate training mechanism. Taking the problem as the guidance,on the basis of literature review,questionnaire survey and expert interview,the five dimensional structure of comprehensive quality evaluation system of graduate students has been constructed,which are ideological and moral quality,professional quality,physical and mental health quality,humanistic quality and ability quality. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been adopted based on the four perspectives of education management personnel,tutor,political instructor and classmates,and the application of the comprehensive quality evaluation of graduate students has been discussed through the concrete cases.
