摘要
通过运用DEA方法对我国31个省、自治区和直辖市的科研投入产出效率进行综合分析,对各区域效率值进行等级划分,并探索其空间分布、联系和特点。结果表明:我国在高校科研资源分配、结构调整等方面趋向于更加合理的状态,但各地区之间的差异依然较为显著,一级效率的地区始终呈离散型分布,二、三、四等级的地区在不同年份呈现不同的分布状态。
By using DEA method,this paper analyzes the input-output efficiency of 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government,classifies the efficiency value of each area and explores its spatial distribution,relation and characteristic. The results show that the allocation of resources and the structural adjustment of scientific research in universities in our country tend to be more reasonable,but the difference between the regions is still significant. The first-grade efficiency regions has always been a discrete distribution,the second,third or fourth-grade regions have been different distributions in different years.
