摘要
提出了一种利用合金元素偏析显示齿轮钢连铸坯枝晶的方法。该方法通过对连铸坯进行等温退火使C元素富集到合金元素较高的枝晶间,缓冷后形成珠光体,硝酸酒精侵蚀出的珠光体组织即代表枝晶间。利用本方法可清晰、准确地将枝晶显示出,并可测量一次枝晶间距和二次枝晶间距,为优化齿轮钢连铸工艺提供依据。而且硝酸酒精溶液侵蚀省去了复杂的腐蚀试剂配制,便于检测人员操作的规范和快捷。
A method of using alloy element segregation to display dendrite of gear steel continuous casting billet was proposed. In this method, the carbon are concentrated in the interdendritic regions at which alloy elements is enriched by isothermal annealing, pearlite is formed after cooling, that could represent the interdendritic regions after etched by nitric acid. The morphology of dendrite is clearly observed by this method, and the primary dendrite spaces and the secondary dendrite spaces could be measured, providing the basis for optimizing the parameters of the continuous casting. It is convenient and normative for testers to etch with nital rather than some complex etches.
