摘要
目的研究家庭文化背景对5岁以下儿童死亡的影响。方法对2011年10月1日—2013年9月30日在湖北省十堰市境内发生的758例5岁以下儿童死亡及758例同期仍然存活的对照儿童,由调查员使用自制的家庭因素调查表进行调查并统计分析。结果父母亲的文化程度、祖父母或外祖父母的文化程度、对家庭具有影响力的亲属文化程度、家庭中常用的文化娱乐设施,邻里关系和家庭的和睦程度等因素与5岁以下儿童死亡有关。结论在亲属中普及科学育儿知识和带养儿童的技能、改善邻里关系和家庭关系、增加文化教育投入和儿童娱乐设施,将有助于降低儿童死亡率。
Objectives To investigate the influence of family cultural background on death for children under five years old.Methods 758 cases of dead children under 5in Shiyan,Hubei Povince occurred from October 1st,2011 to September 30 th,2013were included and another 758 living children of same age group were enrolled as the control group.Self-designed questionnaire about familiar factors was used for investigation and the data was then analyzed.Results The influencing factors for death of children under 5were：parents＇ education level,grand-parents＇ education level,the education level of relatives who were influential to the family,domestic entertaining equipment frequently used,neighborhood relationship and family harmonization and so on.Conclusions Spreading knowledge and skills about scientific nurturing,improving neighborhood relationship,investing in education and entertaining equipment would help to lower the mortality rate.
