摘要
以云母钛珠光颜料光泽度影响因子设计正交试验制备产品,再将该产品加入到光固化水性聚氨酯中制成珠光漆,进而涂膜、烘干制成珠光膜,然后应用镜向光泽度计对该珠光膜进行光泽度测试。根据测试结果,得到光泽度影响因子显著性排序:温度>浓度>pH≈搅拌速度>持续反应时间;再结合实践生产,选取工艺条件:温度60℃,钛液浓度2.5%,p H值为3.0,搅拌速度400 r/min,持续反应时间15 min比较适宜。
s:The orthogonal test was designed by adopting the main factors affecting on pearlescent of titanium-mica pearlescent pigments to prepare the products. They were givern into Uv-curable waterborne polyurethane to prepare pearlescent paint. Then the pearlescent films were prepared by coating and drying. Their luster was determined in rein'or gloss meter. The significance order of luster impact factor was temperature〉concentration〉pH ≈ stirring speed 〉continuing reaction time by the experimental results. Combined with the actual production, the product was better under the following conditions : reacting temperature, concentraction of titanium solution, pH, stirring speed and continuing reaction time are 60 ℃ ,2.5% ,3,400 r/min and 15min,respectively.
