摘要
汽轮机结垢是火力发电厂经常出现的现象,它会导致汽轮机出力、效率降低,轴向推力增大和叶片损坏等问题,从而影响机组的安全、稳定运行。针对某电厂3号机组汽轮机结垢的特征,分析了其产生的原因,并提出了通过加强锅炉的运行管理和机组的化学监督,采取适当的停用保护措施等方法可有效防范汽轮机的结垢。
Scaling of steam turbine is a common phenomenon in thermal power plants. In addition to the reduction of steam turbine's output and efficiency, scaling will also cause axial thrust augmentation and blade damage, and affect the unifs safe and stable operation as a result. The reasons for scaling of steam turbine were analyzed based on its feature in a case of the No. 3 unit in a power plant. And some effective precaution measures such as reinforcing the management of boiler's operation status, strengthening the quality supervision of water and steam as well as taking proper lay-up protection method were put forward to prevent the scaling of steam turbine.
