摘要
针对系列飞机飞行控制系统的通用化测试需求,采用虚拟仪器、软硬件动态配置及数据库技术,设计了一种能兼容多型飞机,能灵活手动和自动测试的通用飞行控制系统的测试平台。描述了系统的组成与工作原理,并对ICD数据管理、飞行仪表画面仿真显示、飞行控制系统作动器加载等关键技术进行了分析和论述。最后,展示了测试平台的整体效果。经过实际使用,证明该平台能满足系列飞机研制和生产过程中的飞机飞控综合测试要求。
For the test requirements of series aircraft flight control system, using the virtual instrument, dynamic configuration of software and hardware and database technology, a general flight control system test platform with compatible types aircraft, more flexible manual and automated testing platform was designed. This paper describes composition and working principle of the system. Some key technology such as ICD data management, flight instrument simulation displaying, flight control actuator loading are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the overall effect of test platform is showed. Through actual use, the platform can satisfy comprehensive testing requirements for the development and production.
