摘要
以美国红枫硬枝为扦插材料,采用正交试验方法,研究不同苗龄母株、不同部位插穗、激素种类和激素处理方式等对硬枝插穗生根的影响。结果表明,以一年生母株下部枝条为插穗,在浓度为500 mg·L-1的ABT溶液中浸泡0.5 h,扦插于珍珠岩和细沙混合物(1:1)中,生根率最高,达83.33%,平均生根条数为13.10,平均根长达6.88 cm。
The effects of seedling age, cutting collection location, hormone type, and hormone treatment typeon rooting of hardwood cuttings ofAcer rubrum were studied through the orthogonal experimental method. The re-suits were as follows: soaking the lower branches of the annual plant cuttings in 500 mg. L1 ABT solution for 0.5 hand then inserted to the rooting medium (perlite:silver sand=l:l) gave rise to the highest average rooting rate of83.33%. The average root number per cutting was 13.10 and the average root length was 6.88 cm.
