摘要
以Na2 SiO3 、H2 SO4和Fe2 (SO4) 3 为主要原料 ,采用复合共聚生产工艺 ,制备了聚硅硫酸铁絮凝剂 (PFSS)。研究了 pH值、SiO2 含量、温度对硅酸聚合过程的影响 ,并考察了Fe3 + /SiO2 摩尔比对PFSS稳定性和CODcr去除率的影响。结果表明 ,在最佳条件下合成的PFSS在脱色、CODcr去除率方面比PFS和PAC效果更显著 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
A polyferric silicate sulfate(PFSS) flocculant has been prepared by using Na 2SiO 3 ?H 2SO 4 and Fe 2(SO 4) 3 as raw materials according to compound co polymerization.The pH value , SiO 2 content and temperature have different effects on the process of silicate preparation.The influence of molar ratio of Fe 3+ /SiO 2 on the stability of PFSS and removal rate of CODcr has been studied.Results have shown that optimally prepared PFSS has more advantages than PFS and PAC on decoloration and removal rate of CODcr , and has widely applied prospects.
