摘要
农业科技园区作为农业科技组装集成基地、农业科技成果转化平台以及现代农业生产体系的示范和技术推广载体,是农业现代化的重要抓手。农业全产业链模式的主要特征是上下游产业拓展、前后环节相链接及产销紧密对接,并与第二、第三产业深度融合发展,推动产业升级,实现农业提质增效。广西兴业农业科技园基于农业全产业链理念,从园区产业链构建、功能布局及农业支撑服务体系强化三方面提出规划引导策略,以期促进区域现代农业转型提质发展,推动广西农业现代化进程。
The agricultural science and technology park is the base of science and technology, the commercialization of research findings, the demonstration of agricultural system, the carrier of agricultural technology, and the important grasp of agricultural modernization. The main characteristics of agriculture whole chain is, it can expanding the upstream-downstream industries, link front and back links, connect production and marketing, integrative development the secondary and tertiary industry, advance the industrial upgrading, improving the performance. Base on this theory, Xingye agricultural science and technology park of Guangxi put forward the planning strategies from industrial chain, function layout, and service system, hope to advance the transformation and development of modem agricultural, advance the agricultural modernization of Guangxi.
