摘要
以春季播种、2年生南方红豆杉苗(S2-0),春季播种、3年生南方红豆杉苗(S3-0),春季播种、1 a后移栽、再培育2 a的3年生南方红豆杉苗(S1-2)为对象,在福建明溪研究分析不同苗龄型苗木质量与造林成效的差异。结果表明:与S2-0对比,S3-0苗高、地径、质量指数、单株生物量分别显著增加85.51%、50.00%、132.26%、210.88%。S3-0较S2-0造林成活率提高19.81%,造林后幼树树高、树高生长量、地径、地径生长量分别提高82.86%、61.86%、75.16%、104.76%。与S3-0相比,S1-2质量指数、根生物量、造林成活率、幼树地径、地径生长量、树高生长量分别显著提高49.54%、16.53%、5.37%、6.37%、16.28%、13.78%。苗木根生物量、质量指数分别与造林成活率、树高生长量、地径生长量呈显著正相关。因此,建议采用S1-2苗木进行南方红豆杉造林。
Three kinds of seedlings, such as S2-0 (Spring sowing, 2-a seedlings), S3-0(Spring sowing, 3-a seedlings), and S1-2(Spring sowing, 1-a seedlings were transplanted in the nursery for another 2-a culture, 3-a seedlings), were used to test differences in seedling quality and afforestation effect in Mingxi County , Fujian Province.In comparison with S2-0, seedling height, ground diameter, quality index, plant biomass of S3-0 were significantly increased by85 .51%, 50%, 132.26%, and 210.88%, respectively.While the survival rate of S3-0 was improved by 19.81%, and tree height, tree height growth , ground diameter , ground diameter growth after afforestation compared with S 2-0 were increased by 82.86%, 618.6 %, 75.16%, and 104.76%, respectively.The quality index , root biomass, and survival rate, ground diameter, ground diameter growth and height growth after afforestation of S 1-2 compared with S3-0 were significantly increased by 49.54%, 165.3 %, 5.37%, 6.37%, 16.28%and 13.78%,respectively .The root biomass, quality index of seedling was positively correlated significantly with survival rate , ground diameter growth and height growth after afforestation .Thus, we proposed to use S 1-2 seedlings for T.wallichina var.mairei afforestation.
