摘要
目的探讨64层螺旋CT诊断糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的价值。方法回顾性分析该院行64层螺旋CT造影检查的72例糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者临床资料,总结64层螺旋CT造影技术诊断价值。结果 64层螺旋CT造影对下肢血管病变准确范围、部位等显示清晰。72例患者中血管粥样硬化表现54例,包括41例中度或中轻度狭窄,13例重度狭窄,6例完全闭塞(有侧枝循环血管形成)。结论 64层螺旋CT具有准确率高、无创等优势,对糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症政治非常重要。
Objective To investigate the value of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity arterial occlusive disease. Methods the clinical data of 72 patients with diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusive disease in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and the diagnostic value of 64 slice spiral CT angiography in 64 cases of diabetic patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results 64 slice spiral CT angiography showed a clear range and location of lower extremity vascular disease. The performance of 72 cases in patients with atherosclerotic vascular sclerosis in 54 cases, including 41 cases of moderate or mild stenosis, 13 cases of severe stenosis, 6 cases of complete occlusion（with collateral vessel formation）. Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT has the advantages of high accuracy and no innovation, which is very important for the diabetes mellitus patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion.
