摘要
目的探讨硝苯地平联合替米沙坦对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者血压及血糖的影响。方法将92例高血压合并2型糖尿病患者按随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组患者采用替米沙坦治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予硝苯地平治疗。对比两组患者的血压、血糖、血脂水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者的高密度脂蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者的不良反应发生率无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合替米沙坦能有效改善高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的血压、血糖及血脂,且安全性好。
Objective To study the effect of nifedipine and telmisartan on blood pressure and blood sugar of patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes. Methods 92 cases of patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each, the control group were treated with telmisartan, while the observation group were treated with nifedipine on the basis of the control group, and the blood pressure, blood sugar and blood fat levels and incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, fasting blood-glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, glycerin trilaurate, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）, the high density lipoprotein level in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（ P〈0.01）, and there was no obvious difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine and telmisartan can effectively improve the blood pressure, blood sugar and blood fat of patients with hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes and the safety is good.
