摘要
目的对杜仲茶的食用安全性进行毒理学评价。方法通过经口急性毒性、遗传毒性(Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验)和30 d喂养试验等安全性评价试验组合,以及对卫生学指标进行检测分析,评估杜仲茶的食用安全性。结果杜仲茶经口急性毒性试验最大耐受剂量均大于60 g/kg·bw且未观察到大鼠中毒和死亡情况,属无毒级。Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验等3项遗传毒性试验均为阴性,表明受试物无致突变作用。30 d喂养试验,实验动物均生长发育良好,体重、进食量、血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数及病理组织学相关各项指标均未见明显毒性反应。结论显示杜仲茶急性毒理分级属无毒级,无遗传毒性,在该实验研究剂量和条件下,杜仲茶属于安全性保健食品。
Objective To evaluate the safety and toxicity of Eucommia tea. Methods Based on the research of hygiene indicators and safety evaluation test with acute oral toxicity, genetic toxicity (test of Ames, bone marrow cell micronucleus and sperm abnormality) and rats for 30 - day feeding test, to evaluate the safety of Eucommia tea. Results The acute toxicity test showed that the oral maximum tolerance dose were more than 60 g /kg? bw, and no poisoning and death of rats were found, thus belonging to non -toxic grade. The results of Ames test, bone marrow cell micronucles test, and mice sperm abnormality test were all negative, which showed that the samples had no mutagenic effect. The 30 - day rat feeding test showed no obvious toxic reaction on the growth, body weight, diet, routine blood, biochemical index, organ coefficients and histopathological changes. Conclusion Eucommia tea test results showed that it was nontoxic and with nongentic toxicity in acute toxicity test. Eucommia tea was a safe healthy food with the dose used and under our laboratory condition , therefore, would be a safe healthy food.
