摘要
目的:了解哈尔滨市体检人群中医体质类型分布状况,并分析其分布特点及形成原因,为疾病的预防提供依据。方法:选择到黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院进行体检的1877例人员,采用中国中医药颁布的中医体质辨识量表对1877例体检人群进行中医体质辨识。结果:单一体质941例,复合体质936例。单一体质中排序前四为平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、湿热质。复合体质中2种复合260例,3种复合175例,以气虚、阳虚、湿热相互兼夹其他体质的较多。结论:复合体质所占比例较大,且多是以气虚质、阳虚质、湿热质为主兼夹其他体质。
Objective： To explore the TCM constitutional type distribution of general health examination population in Harbin, and analyze the characteristics and causes, thereby to provided the basis for preventing disease. Methods： The 1877 cases general health examination population was selected from The First Affiliated Hospital, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. The standardized Constitution in Chinese Medicine Ques- tionnaire （CCMQ） was applied to identify their constitutional types. Results： There were 941 cases of single constitution, and 936 cases of composite constitution. The former four types in the single constitution are Gen- tleness type, Qi-deficiency type, Yang-deficiency type and Wet-heat type. In the composite constitution, there were 260 cases with two kinds of composites, and 175 cases with three kinds of composites. There are more Qi-deficiency type, Yang-deficiency type and Wet-heat type compound of another. Conclusion： The proportion of the composite constitution is larger, and it is mainly Qi-deficiency type, Yang-deficiency type and Wet-heat type compound of another.
