摘要
针对塑料手柄在生成实际中出现批锋缺陷的问题,借助CAE分析软件平台进行计算机数值模拟,通过对模拟结果的合理分析,提出流动成型的改进方案,并最终选定符合实际的浇注系统优化方案。实验结果表明,通过Moldflow的分析,能够准确地预测制品成型过程的填充行为,并快速找到制品出现问题的原因,进而为优化浇注系统提供设计依据。利用优化方案改进模具结构进行注塑生产,不仅得到了合格制件,而且缩短了模具的开发周期,为生产企业赢得了可观的经济效益。
In order to eliminate the flash of handle clamshell in actual production, numerical simulation was carried out by CAE analysis platform. An optimized molding scheme was presented by analyzing reasonably the simulation results, and the optimization scheme of the pouring system was finally selected. The practice results showed that Moldflow analysis technology was able to accurately predict the filling behavior during injection molding,fast find the reason of the occurred product defect, and further provide the design foundation for the optimization of the pouring system. After the mould structure was improved and the injection molding production was implemented by using the optimization molding scheme,not only the qualified parts were obtained,but also the mold development cycle were shortened. It won considerable economic benefits for the production enterprise.
