摘要
[目的]探索吲哚丁酸·S-诱抗素对苗期小麦生长的影响。[方法]通过苗期喷施吲哚丁酸·S-诱抗素(1%可湿性粉剂),研究吲哚丁酸·S-诱抗素对小麦分蘖数、根长、根数和鲜重的影响。[结果]吲哚丁酸·S-诱抗素(1%可湿性粉剂)5 000倍液、4 000倍液、3 000倍液、2 000倍液可以使小麦株高降低3.31%、3.39%、10.74%和15.29%,分蘖数增加2.80%、6.54%、7.48%和8.41%,根长增加4.41%、11.51%、17.94%和19.28%,根数增加9.21%、17.23%、24.91%和26.08%,地下部分鲜重增加6.38%、9.00%、11.00%和11.27%,地上部分鲜重增加3.45%、6.16%、7.83%和7.94%。[结论]苗期喷施吲哚丁酸·S-诱抗素,可以矮化麦苗、促进新根生长、促进分蘖、提高鲜重。
[Objective] To study effect of the indolebutyric acid ABA on growth of wheat seedling stage. [Method]Effect of spraying the Indolebutyric acid S-ABA( 1% wettable powder) at the dilution of 5 000,4 000,3 000 and the 2 000 on the tillering number,the root length and number,the fresh weight were studied. [Result]The result showed that the dilution of 5 000,4 000,3 000 and 2 000 was that Plant height decreased by 3. 31%,3. 39%,10. 74% and 15. 29%,the tillering increased by 2. 80%,6. 54%,7. 48% and 8. 41%,the root length increased by 4. 41%,11. 51%,17. 94 and 19. 28%,the root increased by 9. 21%,17. 23%,24. 91% and 26. 08%,the fresh weight of underground increased by 6. 38%,9. 00%,11. 00% and 11. 27%,the fresh weight on the ground creased by 3. 45%,6. 16%,7. 38% and 7. 94%.[Conclusion]Spraying indolebutyric acid ABA could deducethe wheat height,promotethe new root growth,increased the tillering and the fresh weight.
