摘要
残疾人就业不仅有助于残疾人在经济方面独立,提高残疾人的生活质量,还能减轻社会负担。韩国于2000年颁布了《促进残疾人就业及职业康复法》,为残疾人的就业提供了依据和保障,使残疾人就业的水准得到了提升。本文介绍了韩国的残疾人就业现状、相关法律、以及就业服务等,可以为我国残疾人相关政策的拟定以及服务的建构提供借鉴。
Increasing employment rate of the disabled is conducive to helping the group get economic independence, improving their life quality, and reducing the burden on society. South Korea promulgated the ＂the Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation Law of the Disabled＂ in 2000, providing the basis and protection on the employment of the disabled, thus advancing the level of employment of persons with disabilities. This paper introduces the current situation, related laws, and supporting services on employment of the disabled in Korea. The practice in South Korea is referential for policy making and service construction on employment of the disabled in China.
