摘要
目的:研究硫酸羟胍缓释胶囊的制备工艺。方法采用挤出滚圆法制备含药微丸,以乙基纤维素为包衣材料,以乳糖为致孔剂,制备硫酸羟胍缓释胶囊,通过评价微丸的特征、收率和胶囊体外释放度,筛选最佳工艺。结果用挤出滚圆法制备的硫酸羟胍微丸圆整度好,收率高。结论本成型工艺简单,颗粒流动性好,利于制粒,制得的微丸质量好,收率高。
To study the preparation technology of Hydroxyguanidine Susatined Release Capsule. Methods： At first,Hydroxyguanidine pellet was prepared by extrusion- sphemnization equipment,and then the pellet was coated and fired intocapsule. Optimal technology and prescription were obtained by evaluating their characters, yield and release in vitro. Results： Thepellets prepared by extrusion - spheronization equipment had aperfect sphericity and high yield. Conclusion： The preparationtechnology of Hydroxyguanidine pellet with extrusion - spheronization method was Simple, the pellets had quality and high yield.
