摘要
甲亢危象是罕见的妊娠期合并症,病情凶险,可危及母儿生命。早期诊断并及早开始以抗甲状腺药物治疗为主的联合治疗是抢救成功的关键。孕前及孕早期开展甲状腺功能筛查是降低甲状腺疾病患者孕期不良结局的重要手段。
Hyperthyroidism crisis is a rare complication in pregnancy and even threated to the life of mothers and fetuses. Early diagnosis and early therapy with anti-thyroid drugs are the crucial factors of successful emergency treatment. Thyroid function screening before conception and in early pregnancy are the important methods to improve the outcomes of pregnant women with thyroid disease.
