摘要
目的分析2015年广州市禽类市场H5和H7高致病性禽流感病毒的污染情况,为人禽流感防控提供基础数据。方法按随机抽样的方法,对广州市禽类市场进行相关标本采集,用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测禽流感病毒,阳性标本再进行H5和H7亚型禽流感病毒检测。结果全年共采集标本3447份,A型、H5和H7亚型禽流感病毒阳性率分别为12.56%、0.75%和1.54%。中心城区和周边城区禽类市场均受到H5和H7亚型禽流感病毒的污染,病毒阳性率冬春季节大于夏秋季节。宰杀环节A型禽流感病毒检出率最高(15.16%),H5和H7亚型禽流感病检出率最高的标本均为地面涂抹拭子(阳性率为别为1.95%和3.41%)。结论广州市禽类市场普遍存在H5和H7亚型禽流感病毒共污染的现象,尤其以冬春季节最为严重。在加强禽类市场全面清洗消毒的基础上,应重点关注宰杀环节和地表面环境等高危险因素,采取基于风险的针对性防控措施。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the pollution condition of highly pathogenic H5 and H7 sub - type avian influenza virus in poultry markets,Guangzhou,2015,and to provide basic data for the prevention of human Avian Influenza. Methods Random sampling was used to collect related sample, avian influenza virus was detected by real - time RT - PCR. The sub - typed virus, H5 and HT,were tested in the positive samples. Results The total number of samples collected was 3447, and the positive rates of A,H5 and H7 were 12. 56% ,0. 75% and 1.54% ,respectively. Poultry markets in both central city and surrounding city were polluted by H5 and H7 sub - types avian influenza virus. The virus positive rates in winter and spring were higher than in summer and autumn. The highest positive rate of A type virus was found in slaughter places. The highest positive rates of H5 and H7 sub -types virus, which were 1.95 % and 3. 41% respectively, were found in ground surface environment. Conclusion There is common pollution of H5 and H7 sub - types avian influenza virus in poultry markets, Guangzhou, especially in winter and spring. Based on strengthening widely cleaning and disinfection of poultry markets, we should pay more attention to the high risk factors, such as the slaughter chain and the ground surface environment.
