摘要
结合某高层建筑项目,分析预制内墙板特点、工艺流程,提出质量控制措施,并分析常见问题,提出解决措施,以提高日常管理水平,控制隔墙板施工质量,提升房屋质量,为大批量工业化精装修作业打下良好基础,促进住宅产业精细化、工业化快速发展。
Taking a high-rise building project as an example, this paper introduced the characteristics and processing flow of prefabricated interior wall panel, provided quality control measures and analyzed frequent problems and relevant resolutions, with the purpose to improve routine management, control partition plate construction quality, increase the quality of building. Solid foundation was paved for industrialized fine decoration, to promote the refinement and industrialization of housing industry.
