摘要
简要介绍耐磨涂层材料、封严涂层材料、热障涂层材料、高温防护涂层材料和尺寸修复涂层材料发展现状的基础上,重点分析了各类涂层材料的性能特点及其在航空发动机中的运用,并结合各类涂层在航空发动机中的运用特点,对涂层材料今后的发展方向进行了论述,以促进航空发动机用热喷涂材料的发展。
The current situation of the wear resistant coatings, abradable coatings, thermal barrier coatings, high-temperature protective coatings, build up and repair coatings are briefly introduced. The performance characteris- tics of the coatings are analyzed, and its application on the aeroengines are also illustrated. For furthering the develop- ment of the coating materials, the development trend o{ the coatings are also discussed on the basis of its applications on the aeroengines.
